Rie even gives Coldplay a nod in her song "Vintage Denim." Her british influences definitely do help in bridging the culture gap, but it's also refreshing to hear her English -- clearly not native british or american, but still well-spoken and attractive. Something tells me I'd get a kick out of seeing her play in London. :-) I think that’s the first time anyone’s ever called me a bloke. hehe.
